Occasionally you may experience problems connecting to the Azure VM via RDP. Assuming there are no firewall issues on the VM and port blocks on the machine or VNet security group. You can attempt the following remedial tasks to help restore the RDP config back to baseline.
try to 'reapply' the VM config from the redeploy & reapply' pane
Try to reset configuration only from the 'Password reset' pane
from the run command pane try to reset the RDPcert and you can also verify listener RDP settings in the same pane.
